Vice President and General Director of ZAP Sznajder Batterien S.A. A graduate of the Poznań University of Technology - Faculty of Chemical Technology, specialization: chemical power sources. He has been associated with the battery industry since 1996 as a manager at the Central Laboratory of Batteries and Cells in Poznań, in the years 2008 - 2014 vice-president of the board and general director of the Loxa Sp. z o. o.

Member of the Management Board, Managing Director at Enersys Sp. z o. o. Bielsko-Biala. He has been associated with the company for over 20 years, during which he dealt with operational issues at various levels of management. A graduate of the Silesian University of Technology in Gliwice, the Warsaw School of Economics and the University of Economics in Katowice.
